After searching high and low for a home that checked off all the boxes of my clients' wish list, we came to the decision that "if we can't find it, we should build it!" We were able to find a gorgeous home on a quiet, one way tree-lined street that had been framed out, but not much more! By getting into the deal early, we were able to make this a truly custom home from paint colors to tile selections to amazing "extras" such as custom millwork, custom built-ins and glamourous lighting -- all of which combined to make this a truly one-of-a-kind home.

It was also essential that she be able to walk to the fabulous shopping and restaurants of downtown Evanston. This lovely two bedroom home with Lake Michigan views and a breezy terrace fit the bill perfectly -- and we negotiated 3% off the asking price.
